Wine Tea Chocolate, which opened in September 2012, is a wine bar / café with a twist! In addition to providing out-of-the-ordinary food and beverage offerings, one of our major goals is to help you explore different cultures and different times through food and drink.

To that end, we offer an ever-expanding schedule of events, from wine classes to tea tastings to coffee cuppings to presentations on the history and seductiveness of chocolate.

In fact, the answer to the commonly asked question "Why wine, tea, and chocolate?" is that these are all not only worthy pleasures (necessities?) in their own right, but have been of great significance to many cultures throughout human history.

Wars have been fought over tea. Wine is the source of countless inspiration. Chocolate has played a significant—sometimes mystical—role in numerous cultures.

We can't promise enlightenment, and sometimes you just want to curl up with a drink and a good book, so please feel free to just come and enjoy our cozy little space in Fremont.
