WINE, CHEESE & CHOCOLATE PAIRING CLASS
Come learn how to pair wine, cheese & chocolate through an understanding of the basic principles of pairing in this two-hour class.
Wine Tea Chocolate's Alison Sever, a Certified Sommelier, will teach you what combinations work, and why, and give you the knowledge and experience you need to create pairings that enhance the food and drink you're serving.
The class will be experiential, not just theoretical, and you'll get to sample a range of wines, cheeses, and chocolates, all in the name of learning! This class is perfect to improve your hosting skills, and makes a great gift as well.
Classes are two hours long, and are held at Wine Tea Chocolate in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. Class attendance is limited for maximum individual attention. The following dates and times are available:

  • Sunday, June 16 @ 7:00pm (2 spaces available)

* When a class is down to one space, this is a firm limit...the available space will not accommodate two more people. If you have two or more people wishing to attend together, please do not make a reservation for this class. Thanks!
The class costs $50 per person, and includes a selection of wine, cheese & chocolate for tasting. Attendees also receive a 10% off coupon for retail purchases made that evening.
To reserve your spot, please write to wtc@WineTeaChocolate.com and include, for each person attending:
  • full name
  • date & time of the class
  • phone number
  • e-mail address
If you have a voucher or gift certificate for the class, please include the voucher number in your reservation (you can sign up for a class after the expiration of the voucher, as long as the reservation is made on or before the expiration date).
If you need to pay for the class, please send payment via PayPal to paypal@wineteachocolate.com.
We'll reply to your e-mail to confirm your reservation.

Fine print: If you can't attend for any reason, cancellations are accepted until 72 hours before the beginning of the class. Because we have limited class spots available, reservations cancelled without at least 72 hours' notice, or not showing up for your reserved spot, will result in the forfeit of the payment or voucher.
